Project Owners, Developers and Partners

The Project and site is owned and developed by Serene Residencies (Pvt) Ltd, registered under the Companies Act of Sri Lanka.

The Directors are:

The Hon Nirj Deva DL, FRSA, MEP, a Director of two of Sri Lanka’s largest conglomerates, the Distilleries Company of Sri Lanka and Aitken Spence PLC, the Chairman of the London listed Symphony Plastic Technologies PLC who is also a Member of the European Parliament, Vice President of the Development Committee of the European Parliament, former Member of the British House of Commons, HM Deputy Lieutenant for Greater London and Hon Ambassador at Large for Sri Lanka.

Melville Gerard Perera; Associate Financial Accountant AFA worked in professional practice for 35 years in London, Director Lee Porter Property Ltd, St Regis Packaging Ltd.

Nilesh De Silva, Chartered Architect, BA (Hons) Architecture (UK); BArch (UK); Associate Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA); Associate Member Sri Lanka Institute of Architects; Director Kahawita de Silva & Associates Pvt Ltd; Director C3 Architectural Services PVT Ltd Norway, Director Habitat Development Constructions Pvt Ltd, Director Monsoon Villa Pvt Ltd.

The Developers are the Project Owners and Project Architects, Principal Design Architect, Nilesh De Silva of Kahawita De Silva & Associates which is a  multi-disciplinary consultancy consortium having experience in the field of Architecture, Interior designing, Engineering, (Civil M&E), Quantity Surveying, Town / Environmental Planning, Project Management for the past 31 years.  In this period of time they have successfully designed and project managed many small, medium and large scale projects both in Sri Lanka and abroad.  To name a few Award winning Projects, Galle International Cricket Stadium, Ceylinco Seylan Towers, Commercial Bank, Alangkara Resorts, Lanka Princess, Administrative Complex Hambantota

The Partners to the project are Aitken Spence PLC, one of the largest blue chip conglomerates in Sri Lanka who will act as trustees on behalf of the investors and potential owners of the Villas by collecting the down payments into individual escrow accounts and releasing the same on completion of each Villa to the agreed standard to the Developers

Directors of Marketing and Marketing Team

Ajith Gamalatge commenced his real estate carrier at John Keels PLC a leading blue chip company in Sri Lanka. Having sold over 80 properties to expatriates in recent years for one of the largest property companies in Sri Lanka. He carries with him over 14 years of real estate experience. He is also a licensed stock broker.

Eduard Hemple of London, son of Anushka Hemple founder of Blake’s Hotel London and world famous designer, who has been living and working in Sri Lanka for 8 years developing and marketing real estate. He has a unique knowledge on how to invest, do business and succeed in Sri Lanka.
